1) On February 10th 2014 ALKA HOLDING SA was created by the will of our CEO. The company was supposed to be a mere controller company for the participating companies.

2) On November 2nd 2015 we move our offices from via Pestalozzi in Lugano to Zurich in via Dolderstrasse 24.

3) On September 4th 2018 we permanent set our headquarters of our parent company in Roveredo.

3) 27.04.2014 - Immomarti Gmbh (Innsbruck - Austria) a company that operates in the real estate sector is incorporated.

4) 16.05.2014 - IRIS GLOBAL INVESTMENTS Funds LTD (SAC) Bahamas fund is founded

5) 16.05.2014 - Experta Trade and Experta Investments LTD Bahamas are established

6) 18.02.2019 - ALKA HOLDING LLC (DE) USA is established in the USA

7) 08.12.2020 - Saint George Investments LTD (E.M.I.) Gibraltair is established

8) 01.11.2023 - We acquired the controlling shares of AF FIDUCIARIA SA (OAD) Switzerland

9) 30.04.2024 - ALKA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SA – real estate company Switzerland is established

10) 31.05.2024 - The 50% share of P4H Project 4 Home Sagl – construction company Switzerland is acquired

11) 16.07.2024 - Change of the company name and purpose of a subsidiary in ALKA REAL ESTATE SA – a trust company specialised in real estate brokerage Switzerland

12) 15.05.2024 - NCA BROKER Srl (Italy) is sold

13) 22.08.2024 - ARCHER Srl changes company name in SWISS ENERGY Srl (energy and gas brokerage agency for residential, SMEs and Companies) (Italy)
